By using our website or engaging our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction
• You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Service Agreements

4.2 Payment Terms

• Consulting fees are due as specified in the project agreement
• Late payments may incur interest charges at 2% per month
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
• Refunds are subject to the terms of the specific service agreement

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and methodologies, is owned by or licensed to Autonode Interactive LLP and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

5.2 Client Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your pre-existing intellectual property. Any custom solutions developed specifically for you will be subject to the terms outlined in the specific service agreement.

5.3 Third-Party Tools

Our services may involve the use of third-party tools and platforms (such as n8n). Use of such tools is subject to their respective terms and licenses.

Both parties acknowledge that they may have access to confidential information. We commit to:

• Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information
• Use confidential information solely for the purpose of providing services
• Implement appropriate security measures to protect confidential data
• Return or destroy confidential information upon request or completion of services

7. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Cooperate in good faith during service delivery
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Maintain appropriate security measures for any systems we help implement

8. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

10. Termination

Either party may terminate specific service agreements as outlined in those agreements. We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate access to our website for violations of these Terms
• Terminate ongoing services with reasonable notice
• Retain certain rights and obligations that survive termination

11. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or technical failures.

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with applicable Indian laws.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation.

13.2 Arbitration

If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2015.

13.3 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through:

• Email notifications to active clients
• Notice during ongoing service engagements

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Severability
